Terms and Conditions
- You are domiciled and all premises are based in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands
- You are over 18 years of age
- You have not:
– had any insurance or proposal cancelled, withdrawn, declined or made subject to special terms
– been convicted of or charged with any offence, other than a motoring offence or conviction spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
– been declared bankrupt or become insolvent or made any voluntary arrangement with creditors or been subject to enforcement of a judgement debt - In the last five years, you have not made more than 2 claims for theft or damage to camera equipment and the total value of all claims or losses relating to theft or damage does not exceed £5,000
- The equipment has been purchased/delivered or collected, whichever is the later, from Fixation within the last 7 days
- The total value of all equipment purchased does not exceed £6,500
- You have not already activated a 14 day free insurance policy
