You pay for something that you hope you will never need an the only time you really appreciate it is when you really need it. That’s when the benefits of a good claims service come into focus.

Every member of the Aaduki team has a passion for photography, a burning desire to do the best by our clients, and a total commitment to delivering a smooth and efficient service.

When disaster strikes

When photographers are faced with the disaster of damaging their equipment, they can rest in the knowledge that we aim to keep them working whilst their equipment is being repaired or replaced.  They can hire equipment in the meantime and, subject to an agreed claim, the cost of hire is covered.  If items need to be replaced, subject to stock levels, we can get our suppliers to provide replacements on next day delivery – so you can keep those all important bookings!

Getting back in business

From the point of receiving all the relevant information from the client, we aim to put the client back in the position they were in prior to the incident taking place within 48 hours.  We usually get replacement quotes from our suppliers the same day and subject to the stock levels and it falling within our authority level to agree, we can usually agree the same day and place orders for replacements… avoiding the need to hire altogether.

In event that our clients have incidents that fall out of our authority, such as claims over £10K or a public liability, employers’ liability or professional indemnity claim we refer to the insurer, Hiscox, who have been very quick in responding to our clients – in fact, they have an award winning claims service, which is why we are proud to partner with them.

Keeping the lines of communication open

Your equipment is your livelihood, which is why we keep in touch with our clients throughout the claims process. We want to keep you informed at each step in the process.
