Known as Daz, Darryl is the token Welsh man in the office. Darryl started Aaduki in 2005 and continues to be at the forefront leading the team and always looking at ways to improve what we do. He doesn’t spend much time away from Aaduki but any chance he gets he is usually spinning the decks or searching for new pieces of vinyl to add to his collection. He loves live music festivals with a claim to fame that he was once kissed by Debbie Harry! He also loves exploring Cornwall where he lives - especially the beaches in winter.

Aiden has been with Aaduki since December 2014 and in many respects has become the ‘voice of Aaduki’ spending much of his time just talking with clients over the phone. If he is not in the office, he will be on the road attending trade exhibitions and roadshows across the UK. In his spare time Aiden will either be walking his dog, Jake, or watching or playing some kind of sport, whether that is football, cricket or golf.
Sophie has been a core part of the Aaduki team since 2014 and if you have phoned us, you will more than likely have spoken to her. She is a smiley, happy person and regularly has us all laughing with her infectious laugh! In her spare time Sophie enjoys taking her Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rudy, out for long walks on Dartmoor and organising her Tupperware cupboard!
Jo has become our resident number cruncher ensuring that premium calculations are correct and that deadlines are met. She has been with Aaduki since 2015 and she loves to travel. In her spare time if not relaxing with yoga, reading novels or trying to keep up with her mischievous cats Jinx and Simba, she can be found researching locations before booking her next holiday.
Client Adviser (Finance)
Shiv, as she likes to be known, primarily keeps Aaduki’s client finances in check, ensuring underwriters are paid on time and helping clients with their payment options. Living close to the office with her partner and black labrador puppy, Dexter, Shiv spends a lot of time exploring Dartmoor and the local seaside towns in Devon and Cornwall. She is a football fanatic and plays football for a local village team. We have discovered that she loves drinking tea while watching Disney movies when she’s not on the pitch!
Tristan is born and bred in rural north Devon. Working behind the scenes at Aaduki processing client documentation since 2014, his key interests are sports and music. Tristan tries to get to as many gigs as possible, seeing a wide variety of artists. Having been with Aaduki since 2016, Brad has become a valued member of our administration team with a dry sense of humour that at times has us all in stitches. Keen to progress his career, Brad has become a trusted team member you can lean on for any emergency document issuing. Having recently moved into his first home, he spends much of his free time decorating. Brad can also be found tackling his opposition winger on the rugby field or enjoying a good night out with the Okehampton Rugby team.
